Innovative Energy provides turnkey services to convert Single Cycle Power Plants to Combined Cycle Power Plants by installing Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Steam Turbines, and Condensate water systems in open loop or closed loop configuration, as needed by our clients.
The conversion from single cycle to combined cycle can be done on existing Gas Turbines or Reciprocating Engines based plants with any fuel type and can improve the power plant efficiency significantly. A conversion also reduces the heat and emission losses and improves the impacts on environment and temperature surrounding the plant. The additional equipment will work with existing configurations and willl generate extra power. The newly installed Heat Recovery Generators (Boilers) captures heat emitted by Gas Turbines and converts it into useful electricity.
The Heat capture from the flue gases includes Pre-heater, Heaters, Economizer and Heat Recovery Steam Generator together with exhaust gases filtering units. The extra power generated can be enhanced using external firing to increase the power output if needed or conversion to super saturated steam cycle for any use within the power plant or auxiliary units.
All work is completed using World class equipment, extended safety factors and quality control in place. Projects financing can be made available as well on acceptable terms and conditions.
